Role Overview. The AI Specialist will lead initiatives to . integrate AI tools. into various parts of our business, including . operations, recruitment, training, marketing, and client services. . You will identify areas where AI can increase efficiency, test tools, train team members, and help develop internal best practices.. This is a hands-on, strategic role that combines . technical understanding, research, implementation. , and . cross-functional collaboration. .. Key Responsibilities. . Identify and evaluate . AI tools and platforms. (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Make.com, Notion AI, Midjourney, Copy.ai, etc.) to improve business processes. . Develop and document . AI-enhanced workflows. for recruitment, lead generation, onboarding, task management, content creation, and reporting. . Build . custom automations. or prompt-based solutions to reduce manual tasks. . Collaborate with leadership and department heads to . implement AI across teams. . . Train staff on . prompt engineering. , AI best practices, and tool usage. . Research new AI trends and recommend tools that align with business goals. . Analyze impact and performance of AI tools; continuously improve efficiency and scalability. . Support internal projects like chatbot implementation, knowledge base structuring, and candidate/client data enrichment. . Ideal Candidate Profile. ✅ . Qualifications. . 2+ years of experience in an AI, automation, or tech innovation role. . Familiarity with tools like . ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI, Make.com, Claude, or other GenAI platforms. . . Solid understanding of . AI prompt design, workflows, and integration logic. . . Experience in using or implementing . AI in recruiting, admin processes, or marketing. is a strong plus. . Strong communication skills for internal training and documentation. . Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams. . Resourceful, self-motivated, and eager to experiment and iterate. . Nice to Have. . Experience in offshoring, BPO, or staffing industries. .
