What you’ll do:. . . . Foundation Model Identification: . . Identify and evaluate suitable foundation models for health and care applications, ensuring robust performance in the medical interview context. . . . . Cross-functional Collaboration: . . Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers, to comprehend business requirements and identify opportunities for applying NLP and LLM models. . . . . Scalable Data Pipelines: . . Design and implement scalable, efficient, and automated data pipelines for tuning, evaluating, and monitoring LLM models specifically tailored for medical interview scenarios. . . . . Stay Current with Research: . . Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and LLM research and apply this knowledge to continually enhance the performance and capabilities of our chatbot models. . . . . Documentation: . . Document the entire lifecycle of the design, development, and deployment processes of LLM models, ensuring comprehensive documentation for future reference and collaboration. . . . . . What we’re looking for:. . . . Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. . . 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing language ML models and experience with modern transformer based LLM models and algorithms. . . Production Deployment: . . Proven experience in successfully developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment, with a focus on scalability and reliability. . . . . Programming Skills: . . Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with the ability to create efficient and maintainable code for machine learning applications. . . . . Problem-Solving: . . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. . . . . Communication Skills: . . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and communication across teams. . . . . Total Rewards. . . Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity. . .
