The principal data analyst at Array will bring foundational knowledge in data analysis and lead our engineering and product teams to solve the biggest problems and challenges that we’re facing. You will work with business and technology leaders to understand the holistic business strategy and then design and execute against technical strategies for delivery. This position will report to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or Senior Director of Engineering and work across multiple products at Array. . . You Will:. . . Provide ongoing technical problem-solving and data analysis to support business needs effectively.. . Collaborate closely with general managers to design and review data roadmaps, including proof-of-concepts, and identify operational gaps for improvement.. . Leverage expertise in data APIs, cloud technologies, and databases to drive data-driven solutions.. . Contribute to coding efforts, spending a significant portion of your time analyzing and manipulating data.. . Establish and maintain relationships across the organization, gaining broad knowledge of business domains and technologies.. . . You Have:. . . An advanced degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.. . A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in data analysis, with a strong track record of delivering impactful solutions.. . Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.. . Experience collaborating with product and technical teams to develop and deliver data-driven solutions.. . Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS), as well as containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.. . Preferred, but not required, experience with specific technologies such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools.. . . Pay Transparency:. $198,000+ base . salary. , depending on experience. .
