Analyze large datasets, including market trends, industry-specific data, and macroeconomic indicators. . . Conduct performance analysis of existing strategies. . . Lead independent research projects by conducting rigorous quantitative analysis and generating creative ideas from insights. . . Bachelor’s degree in a relevant research-centered discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Finance, Financial Engineering). . . 5+ years of experience developing quantitative financial models . . Demonstrable experience as a Quantitative Researcher. . . Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Stata, or similar tools. . .
