Summer Intern - CRM Data Analytics (1st Shift) - Scottsdale/REMOTE APL Logistics. . Overview:. . APL Logistics – Technology Solutions is excited to extend an offer to a motivated summer intern who is interested in being part of a CRM contact center implementation project. This is a unique opportunity that is sought out by professionals in the industry looking to include implementation experience in their resume. . . This position reports directly to the CRM Solution Architect and will offer exposure to working with external consultants to support the configuration and delivery of a new application. The role will provide you with an opportunity to prepare data, gather requirements, participate in application configuration, attend status update calls, and collaborate on user stories, epics, features, and tasks within our DevOps platform.. . Responsibilities:. . This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:. . • User interviews and requirement gathering.. • DevOps project management. • Feature design and configuration.. • User acceptance testing. • Debugging and troubleshooting.. . Key Results:. . • Project delivery and completion. • Customer support and build positive working relation with customer. • Adequately prioritize customer requests. • Support product capabilities from analytics standpoint. • Resolve any issues arising during analytics project development, implementation and production. . Qualifications: . . • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.. • 0 - 2 years of experience working in IT or analytics team.. • Experience with analytical tools – MS Excel, SOQL, and Database Framework.. • Experience with data analysis, database management, CRM administration and support,. reporting and dashboard development.. • Inquisitiveness and determination to learn new tools and concepts. .
