As the Senior Data Analyst you will increase our member engagement rate by analyzing and mining data for opportunities we can exploit with improved member marketing. You will investigate our top-to-bottom member funnel in highly sophisticated ways; uncover the root cause of the results; propose ideas to improve member activation, quantifying the impact of each proposal; and measure channel attribution to help EDH double down on the most effective ways to increase member utilization. Ultimately, your efforts will directly lead more patients to accessible, affordable, and high-quality surgery they would not have otherwise had – and unlock meaningful revenue for the business. . . The Commercial Strategy & Operations (Revenue Operations) team supports the President and his entire go-to-market team, including marketing, sales, account management, client success, channel partners (health plans, ecosystem partners, and consultants), enablement, and provider networks. The team is small but growing. As an early member of the team, you'll have a meaningful impact on the short-term revenue trajectory of the company and set the foundations for long-term growth. . . . . Responsibilities. :. . . Build and analyze the top-to-bottom member funnel, including establishing the specific measurement techniques and KPIs . . Use SQL, Excel, R, and other tools as required to mine marketing data . . Derive insights by regularly diagnosing the root cause of member funnel outcomes using cohort analysis, statistical analysis and by consulting cross-functional partners in marketing, member services, and executive teams for business context . . Suggest and present 3 recommendations to leaders each month to improve member activation and engagement, and quantify the impact of each recommendation on member engagement, EDH utilization, EDH revenue and client savings . . Build and measure channel attribution of member marketing efforts to determine the most valuable channels to invest in and create defensible business cases for member marketing budgets . . Partner with the data team to improve data quality and automate reporting with dashboards . . . . . Requirements. :. . . 4+ years of experience in a data analyst or marketing analytics role . . Excellent analytical and presentation skills: demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights and telling a story with data . . An curious and experimentation-forward mindset . . Experience in Microsoft Excel, SQL, R and Python . . Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tooling . . Experience querying data warehouses, preferably Snowflake . . Experience interacting with and deriving insights from big data technologies such data lakes, cloud data platforms (Azure), Spark/Databricks, etc.. . Bachelor’s degree. . A bonus if you:. . .
