The Data Reporting Analyst understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. This role will produce recurring and ad hoc reports dealing with all lines of business across Humana to determine the access and availability of our provider network.. Proficiency in Excel (reporting data, pivots, formulas, etc.) and SQL. Experience analyzing data to create data visualizations that drive strategic direction. Strong experience with quality control and data integrity. Proficiency in understanding healthcare related data. This is a remote role, but candidates must work EST hours. Preferred Qualifications. Bachelor's Degree. Advanced technical acumen and experience with SQL or other relational database experience. Experience utilizing Power BI, SSIS, and other reporting/data tools. Project management experience. Additional Information. This role is "remote/work at home" and can be based anywhere in the United States however, you must work within the Eastern Time Zone hours. The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
