Join the new and growing Business Intelligence team at You’ll lead the development of analytical models and solutions to a variety of business challenges, including optimizing marketing campaigns, identifying under utilized resources, and automating key workflows.. Key Responsibilities. . Lead analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to identify insights in areas such as conversion performance, demand forecasting, marketing optimization, customer segmentation, etc.. . Support departments with developing and tracking their KPIs, providing key analyses and recommendations. . Build predictive models leveraging statistical techniques and machine learning, including regression, decision trees, random forest, cluster analysis, etc.. . Translate data strategies and methodologies into actions, supporting and leading teams around data strategy, preparation, analysis, and modeling. . Prepare data sources using Python, R, and SQL for use in data analysis and visualization. . Mentor junior team members on coding and data analysis best practices. . Requirements. . 5+ years of data analytics experience. . Strong foundation in math and statistics. . Highly proficient in Python and/or R, primarily for building predictive models and data wrangling. . Experience with building optimized SQL queries. . Experience working with large relational databases. . Experience with marketing related analyses, such as: predictive modeling, conjoint analysis, time series forecasting, marketing optimization, and customer segmentation. . Ability to communicate analytical methodologies and findings to a business/non-technical audience. . Experience in a marketing or consulting environment a plus. . Benefits.
