As a Data Engineer at more.com, you will play a crucial role in our organization by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets. Your ability to analyze and communicate complex data will enable you to support strategic initiatives and influence our high-level strategy by uncovering valuable insights that drive business decisions. . Previous experience with PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics, Datadog, and other relevant tools will be essential in extracting, transforming and interpreting data. . What you will do:. . Develop data models, dashboards, and (visual) reports by leveraging complex data sets, and interpreting them to understand trends, patterns, and insights in collaboration with stakeholders and the agile team to ensure that data insights drive business decisions. . . Develop and maintain data models, databases and data integration processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability. . . Extract, transform and load data from various sources into appropriate data structures for analysis. . . Monitor data analytics processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization. . . Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, reporting tools, and technologies. . . Design and analyze experiments to test hypotheses around user behavior and product enhancements. . . Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and identify opportunities with limited oversight . . Assist in the development and maintenance of data infrastructure, including . ETL. processes, data architecture, and operational reporting. . . Requirements. . A bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. . . 3 - 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a ticketing platform or e-commerce environment. . . Proficient in SQL and data querying languages for data extraction and manipulation. . . Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as PowerBi, Microsoft Dynamics, CMS, Tableau, or similar. . . Familiarity with data modeling concepts and database design principles. . . Experience in data cleansing, validation and quality assurance. . . Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in complex datasets. . . . . Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. . .
