About the Business Development Manager / Associate Position 

Sensgreen is an IOT & Analytics company that provides actionable insights by processing data collected from wide range, plug-n-play IOT devices through web & mobile dashboards for optimizing indoor air & air conditioning systems. Sensgreen converts big data into action points to help facilities and operate buildings efficiently, cost-effectively & provide a better experience to building occupants.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to develop sales partners across the globe, identify and drive new business opportunities and help the business grow. Your work will involve careful strategic planning and positioning, nurturing and developing relationships with key customer accounts.

Responsibilities: 

  • Build, develop and manage a pipeline of large B2B customers and sales partners
  • Liaise with Governmental entities and NGO's
  • Contracts, MOU's
  • Key Account Development
  • Explore funding and investment opportunities with VC's

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years experience in strategic business development
  • Displaying advanced knowledge of sales, business development; business acumen
  • 3-8 years’ B2B sales experience, preferably within either Technology, SaaS, services or a consultative environment
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets in a business development / new business environment
  • Experience dealing with and/or influencing C-level executives
  • Driving license (for future requirements) 
  • Wide B2B market awareness and network in
    • Commercial Real Estate, Building, Property Markets

    • Healthcare

    • Government Authorities
