Deepgram is looking for our first Business Recruiter to help drive headcount growth and talent strategy. In this role, you will partner with the leadership team to fill a variety of roles with different levels of complexity that span across our Go-To-Market and G&A functions. The ideal person will have passion and deep experience hiring and building non-technical teams. This is a unique opportunity to build hiring processes from scratch, partner closely with the business to create proactive sourcing strategies, and act as a thought partner to our business leaders to help them grow their teams in a thoughtful, strategic way.

- You'll own the recruiting process from inception through close for all non-technical roles, ensuring candidate and hiring manager experience are exceptional throughout every step of the way
- You’ll work closely with our hiring teams to take a holistic approach in building each organization
- You’ll work with the Head of Talent on developing progressive sourcing and engagement strategies to develop a quality pipeline of talent
- You’ll drive a goal of enabling the pipeline for diverse candidates in order to continue building an inclusive environment at Deepgram
- You'll make informed data driven decisions that build efficiencies into the recruiting process
- 5+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience
- Proven project management skills, independent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience building partnerships with leaders and cross-functional partners
- Huge plus if you’re familiar with Lever, our ATS
