MultiplyMii, a managed recruitment services company (the new aged BPO) is growing FAST and we are currently looking for a Human Resource Manager who desires to be part of an exciting organization that rewards and appreciates its team members.
The Human Resource Manager will report directly to the Chief of Operations, and responsible for providing advice and service to all employees and implementing HR plans, programs, systems, processes, policies, and procedures.

This role is 100% remote work.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Prepare new hire job offers and contractual agreements. Collaborate with the Sales & Recruitment team in salary negotiations. Initiate job offers to identified candidates.
Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting new hire orientations.
Lead in training new HR staff; create training guidelines and immersion plans for HR specialists and other members of the team.
Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of Employees’ work; Collaboration with the Operations in conducting training, probationary and yearly performance reviews.
Initiate monthly conferences with employees, internal and external, together with the Operations team in hearing and resolving grievances; counseling ‘Multipliers’ and leaders.
Structure, manage, implement and improve employee benefits programs and inform ‘Multipliers’ of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
Spearhead payroll initiatives; payroll processing, referral bonus, and payment restructuring with the Finance department.
Ensure compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource government requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintain human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Collaborates with the operations and leaders on various HR issues and provides HR subject matter expertise in the areas of compensation & benefits, performance management system, lateral movements & promotion, employee engagement, employee records keeping, and compliance.
Plan, manage, implement and improve employee engagement programs together with Operations and other departments to improve overall employee satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with other departments to plan, manage, implement and improve employee retention programs.
Conducting and overseeing exit interviews.
Assist in staffing through candidate quality assurance; recommendations and referral program.
Oversight HR department and its staff that operate under compben and specialist role level.
Provide regular relevant reports and updates to the Executive and Management team re: all HR related matters, SLAs and KPIs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
At Least 3 years experience as an HR Manager, Director or the like.
Experience working for a Startup company and remote work is a major plus.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases, familiarity with Crelate recruitment software is an advantage.
People oriented and results driven.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Philippine labor law and HR best practices.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Experience in educating and coaching staff.
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
Ability to handle all HR tasks by yourself as you grow your team.
