As a Process Integrity Compliance Analyst, you will participate in the process of deep diving events, documenting results, and recommending remediation after identifying opportunities. You will be comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. . ​. Duties and Responsibilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, document, and share organizational knowledge across a large, global organization with remote team members.. Conduct case studies and other qualitative research projects across diverse security-related and other topics to improve incident response and customer service:. Research and analyze industry standards, best practices, and trends;. Facilitate internal interviews, focus groups, and group discussions;. Assess customer sentiment and experience.. Lead After-Action Reviews (AAR) that deconstruct events and identify learning opportunities and manage mechanism to implement resulting recommendations.. Clearly and concisely communicate lessons learned, best practices, and complex ideas to a broad range of audiences, both in writing and in person.. Deep dive escalation feedback from customers, researching activity that led to comments, identifying opportunities, and communicating outcomes to customers. Qualifications. Minimum. Bachelor’s degree. 4+ years’ experience in delivering results related to quality and/ or efficiency improvements. Detail oriented, excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, especially narrative writing. High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. ​Preferred. Advanced degree. Experience identifying, analyzing, and solving ambiguous problems with an extreme attention to detail. Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment. Experience in or demonstrated ability to lead people/teams without formal responsibility and interacting and building rapport with teams of all levels.
