About the Role:. . Administers multiple applications in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) portfolio. Responsible for day-to-day tasks as well as helping drive the implementation of various requirements and processes. Monitors and manages user account provisioning/deprovisioning, modification and terminations across all systems, entitlements, access management certification reviews, and ensures all policies and procedure documentation are current.. . What You Will Do:. . . Provides primary support for day-to-day IAM activities including user provisioning and. . Conducts account lifecycle management, governance, and administration from creation to termination for employees and non-employees.. . Performs day-to-day support activities to ensure operational excellence of the IAM program including monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.. . Assists in the development and maintenance of IAM roles-based access controls and privileges. Reviews and monitors user access to reduce organization risks around granting users access to data/applications.. . Supports and manages periodic entitlement review and access. . Creates and maintains supporting documents, including technical design guides, policy and process run books, and other documentation to ensure consistency and clarity.. . Works collaboratively with various IT teams and business units to manage access control processes and application integration. Participates in internal and cross-functional projects and initiatives.. . Other duties as assigned.. . . What You Will Need:. . . Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.. . Typically 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.. . Strong passion for continuous improvement, streamlining business functions, and. . The ability to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced. . Receives moderate level of instruction and guidance for routine May receive more detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.. . The . salary. range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
