Federal Civilian . business unit supports a wide range of customers that span the federal, commercial, and nonprofit space. Primary Responsibilities: . . In this role, you will serve as an emerging individual contributor within a team, expanding your leadership, guidance and mentoring skills. With the support and guidance of leadership, you will be responsible for supporting the goal of meeting scope, schedule and delivery requirements. You will interact with stakeholders and utilize influential skills to drive improvements in security and compliance processes and practices. Primary expectations of a Security and Compliance Manager III include: . . . Development of influential skills to help teams understand and follow security and compliance concepts and methods . . Exhibits understanding for other roles and practices, including how they are intended to work together . . Assists with security and compliance tasks with a significant level of feedback and guidance . . Assists with the implementation and monitoring of security and compliance processes within program . . Assists with ATO preparation and execution. . Researches and learns about practices, laws, and standards to help with implementation. . Writes formal documentation and builds understanding of complex technical terms. . Participates in planning sessions to ensure security and compliance requirements are met . . . . . Basic Qualifications. . . . Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information assurance, cybersecurity or related field. . Minimum of 5+ years of technical working experience with Spark or Presto/Trino and columnar-oriented formats (e.g. Avro, Parquet) in cloud storage.. . Direct experience with Databricks and Microsoft Azure Data Lake is highly desired. . Active Top Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one is required. . Experience performing technical security assessments as well as analyzing and documenting results. . Experience resolving/remediating problems or issues identified . . Perform testing using advanced testing methodologies and the various IT technologies. . Work collaboratively within a team environment . . Research and resolve problems efficiently and accurately leveraging knowledge and experience of IT assessments. . Provide project briefs to senior management and executives. . At least 2+ years experience in cybersecurity as a practitioner and/or exposure to various security frameworks. . CompTIA Sec+ required. . . Preferred Qualifications:. . . .
