Let's see what it takes.. What You Will Do:. . Monitoring systems, website errors and communicating with developers when necessary;. . Communicating with customers via calls and emails;. . Notifying customers of expired certs and website errors;. . Working with: NOCmonitor, signal messages, Uptrends channel, Smokeping, Zabbix, database server for Webgui, dashboards;. . Going through logs, patches, patterns, diagnosing, troubleshooting, debugging and handling other cybersecurity-related questions;. . Handling and notifying customer incidents and RCAs;. . Generate and maintain maintenance tickets;. . Working with Jira tickets;. . Become a product expert and constantly grow.. . Requirements:. . Fluent German and English (both C1, written and verbal);. . L3 technical support experience;. . General knowledge in web servers, DNS, CDN, Linux and Nginx, Apache HTTP Server;. .
