This CSM will partner with Global Streaming Technology and Cyber Security organizations to build and deploy internal services that enhance our organizations security posture through data driven approaches and align with Cyber Security and Enterprise Technology strategies. The Cyber Security Manager will build strong relationships with the Global Streaming leadership and supporting teams. These relationships will enable the successful candidate to assess business practices, identify gaps in security controls and lead development and execution of cyber security strategies. Additionally, a successful candidate is expected to interact effectively and strategically with Cyber Security leadership, Global Streaming teams, internal audit, clients and regulators. A successful candidate is expected to understand and articulate business operational processes and risks while leveraging existing internal and external business and technology resources to provide program and project related insight. Lead and manage cross-functional Cyber Security projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and quality standards across all phases of the project lifecycle.. Develop and track project plans, schedules, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies related to Cyber Security initiatives. Own and report on key performance indicators and metrics to assess and communicate project maturity.. Serve as a liaison between Cyber Security and business stakeholders to communicate strategies, align goals, and ensure project integration across departments.. Coordinate Cyber Security involvement in business-driven projects, ensuring proper security requirements and considerations are integrated throughout.. Inform and influence business strategy and decisions, aligned with the Cyber Security strategy and roadmap.. Facilitate alignment between Cyber Security architects, engineers, and analysts with business needs, advocating for necessary resources and risk controls.. Keep abreast of Cyber Security trends, and translate technical Cyber Security principles into business-relevant language to support executive decision-making.. Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 2 years in Cyber Security.. Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role managing service or solution delivery.. Minimum 2 years of hands-on project management experience managing or coordinating technical or security-focused projects using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet).. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder communication.. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.. DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:. News or Media Entertainment industry experience. Ability to communicate effectively to business and technical teams. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study. Training in Cyber Security specific disciplines. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives. Demonstrated negotiation and problem resolution skills. Experience in large global environments spanning multiple time-zones. Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels of an organization. Demonstrated knowledge of recognized Information Security related standards and technologies.
