Our team leads the way in protecting our company from cybersecurity risks.. About the role . We want to hear from you today if you can:. Develop, maintain, refresh, and communicate the current state and futures plans of Information Security Program to partners in front, second, and third line.. Work with ISO and business leadership this role establishes and drives long-term ISO initiatives aligned to broader business strategy.. Be a part of a governance, risk, and controls team and work closely with team members to support policy governance, standards, and controls.. Identify, track and report metrics gauging the current performance and maturity of our Information Security program including our managed service provider.. Analyze the threat landscape, gap assessments and areas for program improvement and risk reduction, and align the program to business and technology strategies.. Collaborate with our managed service provider to develop operational metrics, KPIs, and identify key areas for improvement.. Significant experience developing, documenting, and communicating information security strategy and roadmaps.. Demonstrated ability to develop, measure and report program performance.. Anticipates and navigates the organizational dynamics to negotiate, influence, and engage with key stakeholders to drive business success / outcomes through inspirational leadership, skilled in driving change management.. 10+ years of increasing responsibility and work complexity to include progressive management roles in large, complex organizations.. Strong ability to communicate via written and verbal communication in both formal and casual situations.. Proven ability influence, collaborate, and gain support of key cyber security initiatives.. Demonstrated ability effectively communicate, plan, and collaborate to improve performance of ISO services including managed security service providers..
