The successful candidate will be accountable, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities, ensuring seamless project execution and documentation.. . Roles and Responsibilities:. Project Coordination:. Assist the project manager in planning, scheduling, and executing real estate renovation projects.. Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.. Ensure that all project activities comply with established standards, guidelines, and procedures.. Communication:. .. Facilitate open communication channels between the project manager, contractors, vendors, clients, and team members.. Financial Management:. Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments and the collection of lien waivers. Assist with financial reporting and maintaining up-to-date accounting records.. Quality Control:. Help ensure projects are on track and within scope by uploading and categorizing project update videos/pictures. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies promptly to avoid delays and errors.. Administrative Support:. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.. Organize and maintain project files, records, and correspondence.. Preferred Experience:. 2 years in a project management or administrative support role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.. Skills:. Highly detail-oriented and disciplined with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.. Proficient in project management software and Google Suite.. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.. Ability to work independently and supportively within a team environment.. Proven track record of accountability and reliability in previous roles.. $800/month - $1,600/month depending on skill/experience level . Paid Time Off!
