International Account Manager Vendana. Vendana provides a worldwide medical repatriation service. This is a phone-driven, inbound sales role. Clients will be calling you on behalf of patients who require a medical repatriation. Once a client confirms a booking, your goal is to ensure that the entire transport is a success. In this position, two-thirds of your time will be spent on sales, and the rest on customer care for confirmed bookings. To be successful in this job, it's important that you:. communicate clearly and effectively. work well in teams. can show empathy while also being commercially driven. speak English, and an additional language, at a native or near-native level, i.e., C2 in both languages. besides English, languages of interest are: Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, and Spanish. While the position is fully remote, it's important to keep in mind that there is a (paid) 3-month onboarding period at the company HQ in Germany.
