Utilize data mining tools to gather information on commercial real estate properties and their owners.. . Conduct thorough research to identify property owners and relevant stakeholders.. . Organize and maintain databases with accurate and up-to-date information.. . Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the commercial real estate market.. . Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings to internal stakeholders.. . Collaborate with other teams to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.. . Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and commercial real estate.. . . Requirements. . . Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data mining or data entry role, preferably within the commercial real estate industry.. . Proficiency in data mining tools such as Lexis Nexis or TLOXP.. . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.. . Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.. . Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.. .
