Candidates must be based in the United States to be eligible for this role.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to our customers via phone, email, chat, or other digital channels. You will be working from home and must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet dedicated workspace.Responsibilities:- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns- Provide product or service information, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software or other tools- Meet performance metrics and targets, such as first call resolution and customer satisfaction- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide informed supportRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in digital communication tools.
