As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will work from the comfort of your own home and provide top-notch support to our customers, resolving their issues and answering their questions in a timely and professional manner.Responsibilities:- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers- Utilize software and systems to document customer interactions and resolve issues- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information.
