The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning, with a proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with clients, providing strategic insights, and ensuring the effective execution of media plans to achieve predefined KPIs.Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in Media Planning- Deep knowledge of advertising in main social media and search platforms Facebook, Google, TikTok, Bing, Snapchat, Google or BigoAds- Experience working with monthly budgets of $100k+- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights- Understanding of tracking implementation - app/web- Experience in client support (daily communication with clients)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively- Structured approach to work, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions- Proactive, goal-oriented, and with a strong desire to develop in the field of client work- Advanced or higher English language proficiencyWill be a plus:- Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint and Google Analytics certificationsResponsibilities:- Day-to-day relationship management of a group of existing clients and the successful onboarding and management of new clients- Proactive consulting for key accounts, provixding expert advice on media planning and strategy- Understanding of client needs and expectations, oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of client's performance across multiple platforms- Effectively present information, respond to questions, and follow up on inquiries from clients- Proactively monitor campaign performance and develop strategies for improved engagement in collaboration with the business development team and cross-department- Trouble-shoots and resolves issues by working with internal and client teams- Effectively communicate roadmap and engagement solutions with passion and excitement- Guide clients to maximize their ROI and upsell- Serves as the subject matter expert for available tools and is responsible for training clients to utilize the tool- Maintains internal client management tools.
