WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR - PB Payments is looking for driven individuals to join our Remote Outside Sales Team. Whether you are an experienced salesperson looking to make a meaningful impact, or a motivated person looking to break free from the usual 9-5. We offer freedom from micromanagement, quotas, and commission caps while giving you the tools and support you need to succeed. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS - - Meet with business owners at their place of business to advise them on our money saving Point of Sale and payment processing solutions. This is not a work from home remote position you will meet with business owners at THEIR BUSINESS LOCATION. - Enjoy the freedom of a 1099 position, giving you the flexibility to set your own hours and break free from the conventional 9-5 workday- Work with as many prospective clients as possible by utilizing our preset marketing leads as well as self prospecting. - Follow our detailed sales system with a proven track record of success.- Ongoing sales and training support to ensure you've got the tools needed to meet your goals. We are dedicated to helping you develop the skills you need to be successful! - Be an advocate for your local businesses to provide them a service they need while saving them on their bottom line. DETAILS- - Commission based 1099 position. THERE IS NO SALARY FOR THIS POSITION. We provide a lucrative commission structure that includes daily, weekly, and monthly bonus opportunities as well as a guaranteed monthly residual income on all prior sales. - Average earnings are from $65k - 85k per year with top earners well over $100k. - Set your own schedule, work as much or as little as you like. - Uncapped earnings potential. The harder you work the more you will make.- Opportunity for advancement to salaried positions such as Territory and National Sales Manager. We only promote from within. - Travel outside your local area is not required. However we do offer compensation for travel expenses if you choose to expand your territory.- This is not a work from home remote position. You MUST meet with local business owners at their place of business. However you will not be required to work from or commute to the company offices. - Commission, Bonuses, and Monthly Residuals (NO HOURLY PAY RATE).
