We (Torre) are helping Globaltize find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Sales Representative.Compensation:USD 1.1K - 1.5K/month.+ Bonuses (up to 10% of base compensation)Location:Remote (for South Africa residents).Mission of Globaltize:"At Globaltize, we empower USA-based companies to unlock the potential of global talent from the Latin America and the Philippines, offering unparalleled cost savings without compromising on work quality."What makes you a strong candidate:- You have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, sales, and sales closing.- You are proficient in sales management.- English – Native or fully fluent.Responsibilities and more:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience. The ideal candidate is a personable, people-oriented individual who is comfortable on camera and excels at closing deals. This role will start as part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time position as we continue to grow. This position is fully remote.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct multiple daily meetings with interested leads with the primary goal of closing sales.- Utilize provided marketing materials and pitch deck to effectively communicate our value proposition.- Build out and continuously improve our sales process, leveraging your creativity and sales expertise.- Provide feedback and insights to help refine and optimize our sales strategies.- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company positively in all interactions.Qualifications:- Excellent English with an American accent (MUST HAVE).- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing deals.- Comfortable and confident on camera for virtual meetings and presentations.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with potential clients.- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Experience in building and improving sales processes is a plus.Compensation:- Competitive base salary with performance-based commission.- Opportunities for professional growth and transition to a full-time role/sales manager.Job benefits:- Bonuses & Growth- Paid Time Off- Sick / Emergency Days as needed.
