In this role, you contribute to the vision and strategy for your assigned platform products such as Identity Management, Role-Based Access, Secure Data Exchange. You   define and own roadmaps, and drive execution and delivery of services and APIs    to ensure overall success across the entire product portfolio. Your direct customers will be internal product consumers, and you will play an instrumental role in enabling the organization to bring new solutions to the market that transform the way healthcare is provided. To succeed in this role, you draw upon your knowledge and experience of building shared services that accelerate development and time-to-market for multiple product consumers. You are data and insight driven, and you bring a collaborative approach to this cross-functional role to ensure successful customer and business outcomes.. Key Responsibilities:. •Understand company strategy and how it connects to product strategy and assigned scope.. •Become the product expert for your assigned scope, from functionality to how the product creates value for the customer and user.. •Serve as the voice of the customer to a scrum team inclusive of engineering and UX, partnering with engineering leads to manage ceremonies associated with product delivery.. •Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to support engineering teams in delivering on product priorities. •Continuously assess ways to improve products and services.. •Identify, communicate and bring the right people together to manage risks timely and effectively. •Engage with User Experience, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers leveraging modern agile processes and Design Thinking and ensure concepts are valuable and feasible. •Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Required Experience:. •Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study.. • Experience with SaaS or PaaS products.. • Strong work experience cross functionally with Engineering or Technical Groups.. •4+ years of experience in a Product Management. •Experience working in the health care industry. •Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. •Excellent analytical and organizational skills and task management. •Demonstrated ability to manage products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products.. •Knowledge of Agile processes is required and familiarity with Design Thinking is a plus.. \n. \n. $113,000 - $130,000 a year. \n. #MG.
