Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and customer success teams to identify training needs and opportunities for enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction through education. . Oversee the development and continuous improvement of training materials, programs, and initiatives that meet the evolving needs of our internal teams and customers. . Manage the customer training GTM strategy, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and market demands. . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. . Proven experience in leading tech enablement or training programs, with a strong understanding of GTM strategies and customer education. . Experience managing cross-functional teams and working closely with sales, marketing, and product development departments. . Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them with measurable results. . Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. .
