We are seeking a nimble Senior Product Manager with a strong commercial, technical, and technology background to help us scale. You will play a crucial role in driving our product forward in partnership with our Head of Product and Engineering, Lead Product Manager, and Product Design team.. . What You'll Do.... . . Efficiently and pragmatically contribute to beautifully designed features of our web and native mobile apps. . Collaborate with your teammates to push through roadblocks and expand your skills. . Own your work, ensuring quality and member impact throughout the development lifecycle. . Partner with Operations, Engineering, Growth, Strategy, Banking, and Compliance to be a key part of the connective tissue that makes Fruitful work. . Readiness to do whatever comes up as we grow Fruitful + comfort in the gray of every day not being the same thing. . Act as a self-starter, and get what you need from team members. . . Your Background & Values. . . 2-5 years of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably at an early stage startup. . Experience building in a “0-1” consumer-facing environment. . Fintech and native mobile app experience is a plus. . Personal finance / investment advisory domain knowledge. . Collaborative, low-ego nature. . Ability to come up with solutions to issues, with minimal oversight. . Strong purpose-driven service orientation and a desire to help others. . Independent problem solver that actively identifies areas of opportunity and/or need. . Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills. .
