This is a full-time Junior Partner role at Ignatious and is fully remote. The Junior Partner will be responsible for sourcing and executing M&A transactions and raising capital for technology companies. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for clients, researching target companies, managing deal processes, and building relationships with investors and clients. The Junior Partner will also participate in business development activities, meetings, and strategy discussions with the Leadership Team.. Job Responsibilities:. Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions. Perform various valuation methods – comparable companies, precedents, and DCF. Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations. Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks. Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions. Developing innovative and creative ways to solve complex, real-world business challenges. Create presentations for client portfolios.. Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.. Qualifications. Fluency in English. 1-3 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or other highly correlated fields. Strong PowerPoint Presentation skills. Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and due diligence skills. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving goals. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
