Job Description. We are seeking a talented and experienced.  UI/UX Designer. who specialises in Figma to join our team and assist us with our website design and other graphic requirements. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance our online presence and engage our audience.. Responsibilities:. Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and objectives.. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma.. Develop user-centric design solutions that align with our brand identity and target audience.. Conduct user research and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.. Optimise website interfaces for maximum usability and accessibility.. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.. Provide creative input and recommendations for marketing collaterals such as decks and one-pagers.. Requirements:. Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.. Proficient in Figma with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills.. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.. Familiarity with web design principles, including responsive design and mobile-first approach.. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma.. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.. Experience in creating marketing collaterals such as decks and one-pagers is a bonus..
