Engage warmly and effusively with every patient, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued right from the start of their interaction with our clinic.. Efficiently handle patient scheduling, ensuring optimal timings for both practitioners and patients.. Proactively reach out to patients for appointment reminders and rescheduling, ensuring continuity of care.. Interpret, process, and post Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) accurately.. Build and maintain a positive rapport with our patients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the utmost care and attention during every interaction.. Requirements. Previous experience in a customer support role; experience in a medical or wellness setting is a plus.. A natural, chipper demeanor over the phone with the ability to convey warmth and enthusiasm.. Proficiency in using computers and relevant software or applications.. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.. Strong interpersonal skills, ensuring positive interactions with diverse patient populations..
