Requirements. Handle incoming calls from patients regarding service and treatment inquiries. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to patients and understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Utilize the office's management software and services to accurately and effectively schedule patient treatments. Collaborate and communicate effectively with the internal office team. Proficient with Word and Excel. Detail oriented. Experience as a customer call agent desired. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
