Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B email marketing, including crafting email copy for newsletters, cold outreach, and drip campaigns.. Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools, with a deep understanding of email KPIs and best practices.. Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns across social media and search platforms.. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling ability..
