We’re constantly evolving and improving to make sure we are and always will be “Best in Class” ... and we want that for you too!.  As the HR Project and Program Manager – Strategic Initiatives, you’ll work directly with the Chief People Officer and people leadership team to build programs and processes to support our People strategy during a dynamic and high growth phase. From day one, this will have an immediate impact on our people team’s productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives and outcomes within the people team and between departments. This role will be both strategic and hands on, and will be expected to think critically, productively challenge the status quo, and bring people together to deliver great outcomes for Restaurant365. . How you'll add value: . Partner with the Chief People Officer and people leadership team to identify, track, coordinate, and execute on strategic priorities, OKRs, metrics, and outcomes that drive impact for Restaurant365 . Help the people leadership team and organization develop, manage, and deliver on HR programs that deliver best in class outcomes to improve engagement and experience . Collaborate within and across Restaurant365’s people and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency that enables scaled and strategic people team operations . Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals . Partner with other department planning and operations teams to build cross-functional communications and collaboration . Help create and foster employee and workplace experience outcomes that exemplify our culture of collaboration and winning together . What you'll need to be successful in this role: . 5+ years of project management and programs experience in Human Resources, organizational development, and/or change management in a global organization . Proven experience in leading HR and cross-functional projects, collaborating with HR teams including HR Business Partners TA, HR Operations, Learning and Experience, and partnering with other stakeholders for advice and support as required      . Proficiency in project management, as well as Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint . Skilled at turning data into meaningful outcomes and recommendations . Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and manage multiple projects at once . Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively build credibility to influence outcomes . Experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), including HR diligence, employee onboarding and integration, and end to end project management of the HR workstream on acquisitions . The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
