Senior Project Manager iBASE-t. The Senior Project Manager, working with new and existing customers, is responsible for managing overall project activities.  Collaborates with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization to realize customer value. Responsible for ensuring that value is achieved based on the Statement of Work. Ensures that projects are properly executed utilizing the iBase-t Solumina Implementation Methodology (SIM).  Mentor new employees as requested. . The Senior Project Manager will act as the main point of contact during the project lifecycle to ensure proper communication. . Essential Functions: . . Oversee all activities throughout the project lifecycle to achieve customer value. . . Coordinate with the Resource Manager to properly staff projects . . Serve as focal point of communication for both internal and external customers and provide frequent project health updates. . . Facilitate the escalation process for all project related issues. . . Work with customers to define and prioritize the product backlog for maximum value. . . Confirm Key Performance Indicators are established and baselined. . . Confirm completion of project documentation . . Manage multiple projects concurrently. . . Maintain project compliance to iBase-t project deployment methodology (SIM) and the iBase-t Project Management Procedures . . Build collaborative relationship that increases customer's recognition of the value iBase-t brings to their business, leading to additional engagements. . . Assess project performance and communicate lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. . .  . Requirements. . Passion for working with customers in a fast-paced environment. . . Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to understand options for issue resolution. . . . Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills . . Effective leadership and influencing skills to guide stakeholders and build consensus to shared goals. . . Growth mindset with strong industry knowledge in complex manufacturing processes and a desire to keep up with the latest trends. . . Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work remotely or at customer sites.   . . Extensive knowledge of software development lifecycle . . Practitioner of the Agile Frameworks Scrum and Kanban - preferrable CSM/PSM . . Travel 30-40% of work time . . Required Education/Experience: . . Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or engineering, business information systems, computing and information technologies, industrial/systems engineering . . 5 – 8 years industry experience . .
