NewRocket is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant works in collaboration with our Sales teams for the successful advisement of ServiceNow solutions and services.  The incumbent leads complex technical solution development in a client facing environment.. What You Will Be Doing.  . Leads complex technical solution development related to NewRocket’s full range of services and products; engages in conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and implications. Collaborates directly with clients to develop and articulate technical solutions, often to senior, technical, and non-technical audiences. Considered an expert in pre-sales and solution development. Collaborate with Sales teams in the qualification of customer needs through discovery. Participates across the sales lifecycle on acquiring new customers, in close collaboration with sales crew members. Provide mentorship and informal leadership to Solution Consultants as a senior resource. Leads demonstrations of product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers. Scopes and delivers Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects. Lead competitive analyses and understands differentiators between the company and its competitors. Understands business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, and security. In conjunction with Sales and Professional Services, conducts transition briefings, communicates commitments and expectations in preparation for deployment.  .  . What You Bring Along.  . 5 + Years Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering experience in the ServiceNow platform industry. Demonstrated ability to lead the discovery of customer issues and develop technical solutions to address any customer’s business issue to ensure the best customer experience possible. Strong knowledge and skills within assigned practice majors / minors. Expert-level knowledge of pre-sales, and complete understanding of the full sales life cycle. Expert-level knowledge of technical solution development. Excellent communication skills, in both internal and external capacities; strong relationship-building skills, including at a senior level who may not have subject matter expertise in ServiceNow; must adapt and interpret communications, and influence key decision-makers. Provides advisement in a proactive approach with Customers and internal teams. Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform required. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.   . Education:.  . A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience . ServiceNow sales certifications and/or Presales certifications. The salary range for this job is $134,000.00 to $167,000.00 in the United States, including (but not limited to) California, Colorado, and New York City. The amount offered will depend on additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. In addition, the successful candidate will be offered a performance-based incentive plan, health insurance, 401k contributions, a flexible (unlimited) paid time off policy, and 10 paid holidays per year.
