Provide advice on questions concerning our software platform ZONOS and the design of smart metering landscapes.. Communication between sales, project management, customer and development for questions concerning the project.. Support of internal teams through active communication between customer requirements and technical solutions.. Implementation of workshops and training (technologies, products, application scenarios).. Commissioning of our technical solutions in test and live systems.. Troubleshooting and solving problems in the test and operation phase.. You fit in with us, if…. You hold an apprenticeship/study in the IT / TK environment or at least 3 years of experience in a comparable position.. You have first experience in cooperation with international customers in technically demanding projects.. You have a good understanding of IT systems and high understanding of information technology security. You have good knowledge of client/server technologies and network setup (VPN, TLS, firewall, etc.).. You ideally have experience in the energy market..
