Lead Project and Account Manager – SKALE Solution Growthdesk. Company Description. SKALE systematically structures and labels the data to enable brands to unlock the full potential of the data to drive loyalty and lifetime value.. Job Description. Minimum 4 year work experience. Must have experience managing a team. Open to Singaporeans and Malaysians (looking to be based out of SG / Malaysia) . This role is most ideal for an individual who enjoys a client-facing role.  . The Lead Project and Account Manager will need to:  . Understand and communicate complex information and concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Coordinating all project management activities across multiple junior account managers, and ensuring projects are per aligned timeline. Ensure / Equip team with the necessary resources, information and guidance to ensure each project meets target KPI. Be the main facilitator of meetings between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are deployed in line with timeline and requirements with the ability to simplify complex challenges and manage stakeholders. Ideally has experience dealing with senior management. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with overall schedule and resource management. Be proactive in pre-empting potential issues and challenges to overall success based on receipt of new information or past experiences with demonstrable clarity of thinking. Work with the team and be creative in eliminating bottlenecks, be resourceful including getting hands-on in solving problems. Commercial awareness. Ensure standard processes including billables, quality assurance tests and project documentation is done in a timely and accurate manner. Qualifications. Attention to detail. Analytical. Strong listener with ability to read client well. Bachelor’s Degree required, minimum of 4 years work experience. Ideal for individuals who enjoy a client facing role. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Asana. Thrive in a fast-paced, changing and demanding working environment. Excellent organisation skills and a proven ability to prioritise effectively. Great communication skills to convey information clearly, concisely and accurately, both written and verbally. Additional Information. The Offer. (Preferred) You will be based out of Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home. Flexibility to work from Malaysia office for selected days in the week.
