As a Boutique Firm, at Direct Counsel, we work closely with law firms and organizations in a nimble manner to add value and provide top legal talent. . Requirements. . Recruiting attorneys and legal professionals for positions with law firms and corporate legal departments. . In-depth interviewing with attorneys and legal professional candidates to assess qualifications . . Networking with attorneys and legal professionals. . Extending offers of employment to attorneys and legal professional candidates and negotiating compensation packages. . Assisting clients and candidates in making discreet and informed employment decisions. . Successfully lead and manage a team of 4 legal recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.. . Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the legal staffing needs of the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.. . Provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training to the recruiting team, enhancing their skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.. . Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.. . Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.. . Qualifications: . . Must have strong understanding of the legal industry. . Enthusiastic, highly motivated and proactive . . Prior client service experience . . Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit . . Excellent written and oral communication skills. . Highly organized and detail oriented. . Legal background and the desire to move into a sales/recruiting role. . JD strongly preferred. . Benefits.
