Reporting to the Chief Product Development Officer, we are looking for a hybrid, multi-faceted . Head of Product Proposition.  to join our Product Development team. You will be part of the Product & Development team responsible for building and articulating our plan for our cloud platform and services to customers globally. You will work with the broader technical, product and marketing team to build product messaging, go to market plans, collaborate with strategic partners, and communicate with our stakeholders, partners, and customers globally. You will be more focused on commercial and product marketing aspects of product management, with the ability to digest and understand technical product information, and articulate this in customer facing information and plans in a simple manner.. A bit about the team and what you will deliver…. As a member of the Product Development Team, you will be at the heart of the business responsible for collaborating on our software platform. You will work with product managers, sales, marketing, customers and collaborate in planning, and communicating our product direction, go to market plan and roadmap.. As the . Head of Product Proposition. you will:. Build a deep understanding of the Telecoms Platform, its target markets, value chain, eco-system, and customers to help improve visibility of our platform messaging and plans.. Drive alignment and collaboration within Product Management and across the business to optimise the way we deliver our plans internally and externally.. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.. Support in our Product Strategy - focused on materially improving execution and communications out of our product and services plan.. Be able to digest quantitative and qualitative analysis to ensure improved understanding of the product.. Recommend opportunities for our product team to better serve the customer needs through research and analytics, including collecting feedback from our customers and internal teams via interviews, sales/support calls, and other feedback loops.. Get cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and other PMs aligned and passionate about the roadmap and direction.. Measure adoption, usage data, and business results from product launches.. Continuously evaluate product-market fit.. Be nimble and agile about responding to new developments and adjusting the plan.. Collaborate with COO including Partnerships team, CPO, Marketing Team, and Commercial teams to help shape product messaging.. Develop a good understanding of the handset manufacturers first party solutions that are integrated into Telecoms Platform. Where Trustonic has commercial agreements with Tier one handset manufacturer partners, act as the key commercial product manager for these interactions, working alongside the Partnerships team. This will include managing the product related priorities, actions, and feedback to the OEMs on what is required for Trustonic customers.. Who you are.... As . Head of Product Proposition. you will: . Have experience in either Product Marketing, Go to Market or Product Line Management having been involved in software platform, products and services, and have demonstrable experience in working with globally distributed teams.. Have a strong technical foundation that allows you to engage with technical team to drive understanding and insights that allow us to build a better road mapping, plans and messaging.. Be able to strategically assess new opportunities and build alignment around these, and efficiently capture qualitative and quantitative data to make your case.. Have a strong ability to communicate with both internal partners and external prospects/customers and synthesize their feedback.. Be able to work with the marketing, product and commercial teams, as well as technical or engineering teams.. Be deeply curious and wanting to understand the why, and excited to dig into the details to find the answer.. Be comfortable independently developing and implementing recommended approaches to complex or ambiguous problems while making thoughtful trade-offs.. Have worked with Android and understand device management and/or SaaS products.. What makes you, you.... Experience. 7+ years in Product Management/Product Marketing or Go to Market experience having worked for Mobile Operators, OEMs or Services Providers. Must be able to articulate plans, creative writing, and build plans in collaboration with stakeholders.. Ability to independently create proposals and presentations, manage data and analysis.. Strong understanding of the hardware and software is highly desirable.. Proven ability to excel in a demanding environment, and ability to work within medium sized company to work in a fluid & dynamic environment.. Excellent communication skills are important since the candidate must work across various functional area) and with external partners and customers; oral & written.. Demonstrable customer facing experience, using insights to build product plan.. Knowledge:. Product Marketing, Proposition Marketing, Product Management and or Go to Market. Software development lifecycle. Android, mobile OEMS and cloud platforms. Languages. Fluent English and Spanish. Qualifications.  .
