We’re looking for an exceptional Customer Experience Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This key role will work alongside talented employees across the globe to optimize the guest experience at AvantStays 16000+ listings on over 40+ OTAs. Experience in the travel/hotel/STR industry is a must.. What you’ll do….  . Act as the main point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Facilitate the resolution of guest issues and complaints, striving to achieve positive outcomes and maintain guest loyalty. Liaise with STR listing sites including Airbnb and VRBO for tasks including removing negative reviews and processing refunds. Utilize CRM software to manage guest interactions, preferences, and feedback effectively. Cultivate strong relationships with guests to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. Requirements. What you’ll bring….  . Ability to serve high-level customer support, maintaining composure and exceptional customer service level while interacting with dissatisfied guests. Ability to multi-task and focus on driving results through data-driven decisions . Experience in the STR industry . Experience in a customer experience management role. Exceptional oral & written communication in English. Benefits. This is a full-time position is open to global contractors..  . The compensation for this role is $10-14 per hour.
