Employee Relations Specialist BlackStone eIT. BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in fostering positive employee relations, resolving workplace conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.. Responsibilities. . Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and practices. . Address employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and complaints. . Investigate workplace disputes and conduct thorough fact-finding interviews. . Collaborate with managers and employees to resolve conflicts and implement effective solutions. . Develop and implement employee relations programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. . Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. . Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and documentation. . Provide training and guidance to managers on employee relations matters. . Stay updated with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements. . Collaborate with other HR team members on collective bargaining agreements and union-related matters, if applicable. . Requirements. . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. . 2+ years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role. . Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations mainly in UAE.. . Experience in conducting investigations and resolving employee grievances. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. . Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. . Exceptional organizational and time management skills. . Ability to build positive relationships with employees and managers.
