We enable restaurants to engage their customers with custom-branded mobile apps tailored to their unique brands and aesthetics. With best-in-class features such as mobile ordering, payment, rewards, loyalty and more, we help them retain and grow their loyal customer base. We are working with more than 1500 locations across North America. Craver has been growing fast, so we’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our team!. Key Responsibilities:. . Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients in North America, identifying and engaging with restaurant owners to generate interest in Craver's solutions.. . Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.. . Work closely with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle and achieve departmental goals.. . Consistently achieve or exceed set quotas and KPIs.. . Requirements. . Proven experience in outbound cold calling, with a minimum of 3 years specifically targeting clients in North America. Note: Inbound calling experience will not be considered for this role.. . Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage and manage conversations restaurant owners.. . Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a disciplined approach to daily activity planning and goal setting.. .
