We are looking for an experienced 3D Designer who not only excels in 3D modeling but also possesses comprehensive knowledge of composite manufacturing processes, including VARTM (Vacuum-Assisted Resin Transfer Molding), BIM (Bladder Inflation Molding), hand-lay-up, and autoclave technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and designs, optimizing them for efficient and high-quality composite production.. Key Responsibilities. :. Develop detailed 3D models and renderings of composite parts using industry-standard software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Rhino, or similar).. Integrate knowledge of VARTM, BIM, hand-lay-up, and autoclave technology into the design process to ensure manufacturability and performance.. Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to understand requirements and constraints.. Optimize designs for composite manufacturing, focusing on material efficiency and structural integrity.. Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and production guidelines.. Conduct simulations and analyses to predict the behavior of composite structures under various conditions.. Stay updated with the latest advancements in composite materials and manufacturing technologies.. Participate in design reviews and contribute innovative ideas to improve product designs and production processes.. Qualifications. Requirements. :. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.. Proven experience (3+ years) as a 3D Designer with a strong focus on composite materials and manufacturing processes.. Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Rhino, or similar).. In-depth understanding of composite manufacturing techniques, including VARTM, BIM, hand-lay-up, and autoclave technology.. Strong technical drawing and documentation skills.. Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and other simulation tools.. Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.. Preferred Qualifications. :. Master's degree in a related field.. Experience in the aerospace or automotive industry..
