Duties and Responsibilities.  . Ensure all client tasks are completed and within set deadlines. Collaborate with client strategists, operations teams, and engineering teams to align on project deliverables and timelines.. Conduct weekly meetings with clients and translate client notes into actionable tasks using Fireflies.. Own and maintain the Notion page, tracking project tasks and following up with the team to ensure adherence to internal and external deadlines.. Identify gaps in training and potential blockers that may hinder task completion. Develop solutions and ensure communication of issues and resolutions within the company.. Utilize Claude.AI to outline daily project tasks and integrate them into Notion immediately following client meetings.. Use platforms and tools including Notion, Fireflies, Zoom, Claude.ai, Slack, Google Suite, MS Suite, Perplexity.ai (for research), Zapier, and Active Campaign to manage and streamline operations.. Familiarize yourself with various client platforms such as Squarespace, Wordpress, Blackbaud RE NXT CRM, and Salesforce to perform necessary tasks as required.. Demonstrate flexibility and adapt to changes. Think ahead, complete daily tasks, and manage future needs.. Oversee the hiring, training, and management of freelancers to support operational tasks.. Maintain attention to detail and work towards having zero unread emails. Identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.. Requirements.  . Proven experience in project management with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.. Proficiency with tools and platforms including Notion, Fireflies, Claude.ai, Slack, Google Suite, MS Suite, Perplexity.ai, Zapier, and Active Campaign.. Experience with various client platforms such as Squarespace, WordPress, Blackbaud RE NXT CRM, and Salesforce.. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, address, and communicate issues effectively..
