This individual will be responsible for developing a robust talent pipeline to meet the fast-paced and high-turnover demands of the quick-service restaurant industry.. Key Responsibilities:. Talent Sourcing and Outreach:. . Develop and execute strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.. . Build relationships with local community organizations, schools, and other institutions to widen the candidate pool.. . Interviewing and Candidate Assessment:. . Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' fit for various roles.. . Coordinate and manage the interview process with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.. . Hiring Process Management:. . Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.. . Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements during the hiring process.. . Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to HR leadership.. . Employee Onboarding and Retention Support:. . Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.. .
