Human Resources Assistant / Recruiter Aristo Sourcing. . Recruitment and Sourcing: . Identify staffing needs in collaboration with department heads, post job openings, and source qualified candidates through various channels.. . Candidate Screening: . Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.. . On boarding: . Facilitate the on boarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring a seamless transition into the company.. HR Administration:. Assist with maintaining employee records, processing HR-related paperwork, and updating HR databases.. Employee Relations:. Support HR initiatives and programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.. Compliance:. Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.. Event Coordination:. Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.. General Support:. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.. Requirements. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 1 to 2 years of experience in HR support roles or Recruitment Specialist. - In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology, particularly in Recruitment (HR) or Human Resources roles . - With deep background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and time management skills. - Passionate in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. - Attentive to detail and a commitment to delivering a high quality candidate experience. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Knowledge in HR software and Google Suite. - Strong knowledge of employee engagement theories, best practices and trends. - Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative engagement initiatives, ability to work independently and as part of the team. - With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber) and with internet backup . .
