This role will be responsible for providing top-tier Implementation and management of Microsoft Intune and related M365 services to clients. The role will primarily focus on designing, deploying, configuring, and supporting Intune-based solutions to ensure secure and efficient management of client devices. The role is fully billable, meaning 100% of the work will be directly chargeable to clients. . Requirements. Here's what you'll be doing:. . Design, deploy, and configure Intune environments for managing both desktop and mobile devices. . . Engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical advice, and implement suitable Intune solutions.. . Implement compliance policies, in line with Essential 8 . . Automate routine tasks using Intune PowerShell and other scripting tools where applicable. . . Deploy and manage applications, patches, updates, and security settings across devices. . . Ensure all managed devices meet the required security and compliance standards using Intune’s policies.. . Track time accurately for all billable work performed for clients. . . Ensure that all tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high service standards. . . Stay updated on the latest Intune features, Microsoft 365 updates, and security standards. . . Must be available for after-hours work when required to meet client needs or handle urgent issues. . . Here's what you'll bring:. . Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. . . Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Intune and related M365 services. . . Strong understanding of Windows, iOS, and Android device management using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune). . . Experience with PowerShell scripting and automating routine tasks within Intune. . . Familiarity with security and compliance configurations, such as conditional access policies, device encryption, and MFA. . . Experience with Office 365, Azure AD, and Exchange Online. . .
