Collaborate and consult closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies and become their trusted advisor.. . . Utilise creative and effective sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates, conduct thorough screenings, and evaluate their suitability for open positions and presenting their PoV’s and judgements to business stakeholders. . . . Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all parties involved.. . . Industry Trend Analysis:. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong preference for experience within the financial services or IT consulting sectors.. . . Technical Recruitment Expertise:. Demonstrated success in recruiting tech and development roles (AI, ML, ERP) across various seniority levels and previous experience in ramping up European software development centres is a big plus. . . .
